The Protea Hotel Group has taken up commercial property to let in Johannesburg, at Constantia Park, in the upmarket and fast growing Constantia Kloof Basin. This tenant contract was entered into with Growthpoint Properties which applies for 10 year duration.

The precise premises that this hotel group moved into used to be the home of the Holiday Inn Express Roodepoort.
